FFL to FFL Transers and Private Party Transfers
If you choose to order a firearm from an out of state/area dealer, we will work with that FFL to ensure a safe, legal and compliant transfer of the weapon(s) to you.
Although not required by Florida law, we are also available to help facilitate the private sale of firearms within the Jacksonville, FL, area, which gives you (the seller) peace of mind that the purchaser is not prohibited from possessing the firearm based upon a background check that we would conduct via the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
